Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the Traphiclight AI orchestrastion platform, services, APIs, dashboards, integrations, and related products (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Miles & Maalouly Pty, ATF Randem Media Unit Trust.
All customers, users, administrators, and authorized representatives must comply with this AUP.
1. Purpose
The Service is designed to help organizations manage, monitor, govern, and coordinate AI agents and AI-powered systems.
Users must use the Service responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the Service to:

3. AI Agent Usage
Customers remain solely responsible for:
- Agent configurations
- Prompts and instructions
- Agent outputs
- Decisions made using AI-generated content
The Service does not approve, validate, or guarantee outputs generated by connected AI systems.
Customers must implement appropriate human review processes where required.
4. Restricted AI Uses
The Service may not be used to develop, deploy, or operate AI systems intended for:
Illegal Surveillance

Unlawful collection of personal information
Cyber Abuse

Malware deployment

Unauthorized network access

Credential theft

Security exploitation

Denial-of-service attacks

Large-scale misinformation campaigns
High-Risk Uses Without Appropriate Controls
Including but not limited to:

Credit decisions

Insurance eligibility determinations
Unless the customer has implemented appropriate review, compliance, and oversight procedures.
5. Security Requirements
Customers must:

Maintain secure passwords

Protect API credentials

Restrict access to authorized users

Promptly report security incidents

Follow reasonable security practices
Customers may not:

Attempt to bypass security controls

Access accounts without authorization
-
Probe or scan systems without permission

Interfere with Service operations
6. Data Usage
Customers may not use the Service to process data that:
- They do not have legal authority to process
- Violates privacy laws
- Violates contractual obligations
- Violates confidentiality obligations
Customers are responsible for obtaining all required permissions and consents.
7. Resource Abuse
Users may not:
- Circumvent usage limits
- Create excessive system load
- Abuse APIs
- Interfere with other customers
- Attempt to bypass billing controls
We may implement reasonable rate limits and usage controls.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect:
- AI providers
- SaaS applications
- Internal systems
- Databases
- Cloud platforms
Use of third-party services remains subject to the terms of those providers.
9. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
Where reasonably necessary, we may:
- Suspend accounts
- Restrict access
- Disable integrations
- Remove content
- Terminate services
We may take such actions without prior notice where necessary to protect:
- Customers
- The Service
- Third parties
- Legal compliance obligations
10. Reporting Violations
Suspected violations may be reported to:

11. Updates
We may modify this AUP from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. AI Provider Compliance
Customers must comply with the terms, usage policies, and restrictions of all connected AI providers and third-party services.
13. Human Accountability
Customers remain responsible for all business decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use of AI agents managed through the Service.
14. Agent Ownership
Customers are solely responsible for the configuration, deployment, permissions, and activities of AI agents connected to their account.
